The family room has a 55" SMART TV and cable with almost 100 channels. The stylish décor includes a leather chaise sofa and there are sliding doors out to the pool area.

There is a separate living room with a 47” HDTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts from home plus stainless steel appliances. The fridge freezer has a water filter and ice cube maker.

The large dining room has seating for 8. In addition there is a breakfast table for four, plus two barstools by the kitchen counter.

All bedrooms have flat screen 32" LED TV’s. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite master bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and bedroom 4 has twin beds. The family bathroom has direct access to the pool.

The oversized pool deck pool has plenty of space to soak up the sun and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The oversized pool has a security fence for those with children and the pool may be heated in the winter months at an additional cost.

The laundry room has an extra-large washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. Linen and towels are provided. For families with babies you will find a fold out crib and a high chair. The home has air conditioning throughout and free Wifi.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
