In total, it can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. With everything you need, this fully-furnished home is not only close to some of Florida’s more famous attractions, it’s also located in an area that has almost everything you need to ensure you enjoy your Orlando vacation.
The living room in beige, cream and khaki is rustic looking and has 2 large and very comfy sofas that have been decorated with a number of colorful throw cushions. The old-style lampshades and wall paintings add to the rustic theme that continues throughout the home. The formal dining room is surrounded by flowers and plants, adding a little bit of extra color to the room. The glass top dining room table is both modern and new and can comfortably seat 6 guests.
The kitchen area has been decorated in light colors, adding the illusion of more space to the room. It’s fully-equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools and gadgets, and there’s plenty of storage space. If you wish to eat a quick meal at the breakfast bar, there are 2 barstools provided. Close to the kitchen’s double door pantry there’s another more informal dining area that can seat 4.
The pretty king-size master bedroom that boasts a comfortable bed with a wooden headboard is decorated in a floral quilt, giving the room a country cottage feel. With its subtle decorations, wall paintings, and bedside lamps, this cream carpeted room will make you feel at home. The bedroom also has the extra added luxury of having its own en-suite bathroom that has a large window that provides natural light. You’ll be able to relax in the garden tub or if you just want a quick shower, there’s the separate walk-in shower cubicle. The remaining 2 bedrooms are just as beautifully decorated and well-lit as the master bedroom and share a communal full-size bathroom that can be found in the hallway.
Everyone loves the outdoor pool area that has both netting for your children’s safety and screening for your privacy. The glistening lagoon shaped pool is surrounded by paving and you’ll be able to relax on the cushioned sun loungers, ensuring you achieve that healthy Florida glow. There are a number of inflatable swimming pool toys and games, so children as well as adults can enjoy the benefits of having a private pool. If you wish to stay covered outside, there’s a covered lanai area where you’ll be able to do evening entertaining al fresco style if you wish. The west-face positioning of the pool will also allow you to take in the beautiful sunsets when night falls. This home is perfect for adults and children alike, and with all the extra added benefits of the community, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
