The living room is connected to the formal dining area where there’s an ornate glass table that seats 6.
The kitchen is also modern and comes with all the necessities and utensils a kitchen should have. It includes a microwave, oven, stove, and fridge. There’s a lot of counter space in the kitchen, which means that more than one person can cook at a time.
The master bedroom, which is surrounded by large windows, has a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the room also has its own flat screen TV, allowing you to watch whatever you like on TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching bedroom furniture. This room also has the luxury and comfort of having its own TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds and a TV.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.
