The living room is spacious with high ceilings and comfortable sofas, providing a tranquil relaxing spot. It’s been tastefully designed with 3 large sofas with contrasting decorative cushions. There’s plenty of natural light from the large windows, and additional lampshades that have been strategically placed, set the scene perfectly. The kitchen is a dream for everyone who enjoys cooking. It offers its guests all the amenities a kitchen should have including dishwasher. The open plan layout means that the kitchen, living room and dining area are all in one, giving the guest a bright and spacious living space. The chic formal dining area is different with is beautiful table and lemon colored leather chairs. This area can seat a total of 6 people. There are also a number of pot plants that contrast with the lemon and cream hues, creating a special ambience. A smaller dining area can be found right next to the kitchen. This country cottage style white dining suite can seat 4 and it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
The 4 bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a homely feel. There are 2 master bedrooms. One of these has a comfortable king size bed with matching furniture and the other has a queen sized bed. Both of these bedrooms have beautiful and very modern en-suite bathrooms. A laundry room with a washer and dryer add to the many amenities that this wonderful home provides.
The covered patio, pool and Jacuzzi give the guests a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the natural conservation area. There’s a patio set, which is perfect for outdoor dining under the covered lanai, and the screening around the pool offers you more privacy.

Highlands Reserve offers luxurious holiday villas in a peaceful setting on one of Floridas’ top golf courses. This well-established villa development is one of our most popular holiday communities due to the high standard of accommodation, as well as its desirable location.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
