Are you part of a large group or family looking for somewhere to stay? This is place for you. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-storey villa in Highlands Reserve sleeps up to twelve people! When you first enter the home, you step foot into a large foyer with tiled floor. To the immediate right is a large formal dining room. Walk forward, and you enter the formal living room, which has leather seating for 3 or more. This is the perfect place to socialize with others. Take a right and you enter the informal dining room / breakfast nook, which has seating for up to six people. Just off the dining area is the kitchen and informal living area. The kitchen comes with modern appliances, has plenty of countertop space, and is fully-equipped with all the kitchen utensils you would need prepare a meal. The two-tiered, central countertop acts as both workspace and as a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen overlooks the informal living room, which has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. There is also a small, third living room /den with sleeper sofa and TV. With so many people staying under the same roof, there is bound to be a lot of laundry. Don’t worry. There is a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool deck, a walk-in-closet, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also another bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed (a full bed and single bed). All bedroom have their own televisions. Wondering if this villa has a pool? It does! Outside at the back, you’ll find a pool with spa (optional heat available), covered lanai, and patio furniture.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.
