Upon entering this wonderful home you will see the complete lower level of the home has stylish, cool and hygenic ceramic tile. The upper level has wood flooring throughout. Just inside the front door to your left, you will find the study/reading room for some quiet relaxation on the comfortable sofas or set up your laptop on the desk area to keep in touch with work and friends. The villa has free wireless high-speed Internet connection throughout. There is a phone in the villa that you can use to call local and long distance within the USA. The open plan, modern family room has a wall mounted flat screen 50-inch tv, dvd player, comfortable sofas tables and lamps. There are 2 dining areas in the home with a total seating capacity of 10, not including 4 additional breakfast bar stools and of course an outdoor patio table and chairs. The full size and fully equipped family kitchen has all the appliances you will need to prepare full family meals or snacks. Dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge with icemaker, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc are all supplied. There is a full size washer and dryer in the utility room plus iron and ironing board. Also on the ground level are 2 of the 6 bedrooms. The first is a King master suite with King size bed, closet, ceiling fan, 40 inch tv, and dvd. A section of the pool deck is covered for some respite from the sun if the going gets too hot for you! Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.
