The ample living room is spacious with a carefully chosen eclectic mix of furniture. With a number of long comfortable sofas and a few contrasting armchairs, this room that’s decorated with cool modern art, candles, lampshades, and throw cushions is a great place to hang out. The high ceilings and white contrast walls give the room the illusion that there’s even more space than there actually is. It’s a great place to socialize or just relax, especially with all the natural light it gets from the large windows. You’ll have the opportunity to watch TV in style in this room as it boasts an impressive 50” flat screen TV with a DVD player and a surround sound system. If you enjoy watching TV, you’ll be spoiled for choice with cable TV and a special sports package. The modern kitchen is also a great place to cook and socialize. With a lot of space and all the latest in kitchen technology, this is a dream for most chefs. The 4 bedrooms all have a homely feel to them and because this home is situated on a quiet street, there’s the opportunity to really relax and sleep well without having to be bothered by noise. The comfortable master bedroom has a soft king sized bed and it’s located on the ground floor with its own spacious and ceramic tiled en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower and a garden tub that you can really relax in. The second largest room boasts a comfortable queen sized bed, side tables and a large wardrobe. The other 2 rooms sleep 2 people; one has twin beds and the other bunk beds. The lower bed of the bunks is slightly bigger and if need be, this would sleep 2 small children. Each bedroom has its own private flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure.
Young people and the young at heart will love the games room which has a full-sized slate pool table, an electronic darts board, a sofa, stereo system, and cable TV. The highlight of this home is the large west-facing swimming pool that has impressive views of the 11th tee of the golf course. There are sun loungers to relax on or alternatively, you could relax under the large covered lanai that boasts cool tiled floors and a ceiling fan.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by.

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
