The modern living room with a large L-shaped leather sofa is the perfect place to hang out after a busy day’s sightseeing or shopping. With subtle accents and a large flat screen TV, you’ll feet completely comfortable in this room. You’ll love the connecting dining room area and the open plan of the house. The dining room is beautifully decorated and the owners have paid a lot of attention to detail, helping to make your dining experience a pleasant one. The beautiful dining suite has 6 padded seats and it’s ideal for a family meal in the evening. A large horizontal mirror decorates the wall, giving the illusion of even more space. 2 Modern pictures decorate the wall and a few miniature palms give that finishing touch.
The large open spaced kitchen in white and cream wood with marble is impressive. There’s a lot of storage space and the granite counter tops provide you with enough space to prepare your meals. The kitchen is fully-equipped from modern kitchen appliances to cutlery and crockery. To the side of the kitchen a small kitchen nook is located next to the imposing window. Here 4 guests can sit around a small round glass table and relax on the wicker chairs and enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee.

The room also has beautiful wooden furniture, a flat screen TV, and an impressive en-suite bathroom that boasts double vanities, a large lit-up corner mirror, a deep garden tub, a separate walk-in shower cubicle that has a sliding door. The second master room is a queen size room and a lot of thought has gone into the luxurious design. You’ll feel relaxed and at home in this well-lit room with a smaller en-suite bathroom with a single vanity. There are 2 twin bedrooms that have been decorated in fun bright colors, one with a floral theme and the other with a sports theme. These attractive rooms would be ideal for any younger members of the family.
The highlight of this home is the vast paved patio area that includes a private swimming pool with an adjoining Jacuzzi for guests’ enjoyment. You’ll love the privacy and the number of sunlight hours the area gets.
