Our executive standard villa is situated in the prestigious community of Legacy Park. The neighborhood is located on US 27 just off the end of US 192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away. This community has become very popular because of the newer, high quality homes and peaceful surroundings.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped with all modern appliances including internet access. Our villa is fully air conditioned to allow you to enjoy the Florida climate in a relaxing comfortable environment. The open plan living area has high vaulted ceilings, perfect for maintaining that cool, comfortable atmosphere in the warmth of Florida; whilst out in the pool area you will find the deck generously equipped with loungers and sun chairs for you to while away the day with. Take a swim in the enclosed outdoor electric heatable swimming pool. The villa benefits from its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi spa the pool also comes with a removable security mesh fence to prevent curious children from wandering too near the pool.

Located no more than 30 minutes from Orlando you will find our villa the perfect base to experience all major attractions. There are numerous golf courses within a short drive and fantastic fishing is available on the west coast, which is only about an hour away. I-4 is just minutes away providing quick access to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and beaches on both the east and west coast of Florida.
