The exterior of this villa is a breathtaking piece of architecture with a large glass window overlooking the colourful and serene garden. Situated at Highgate Park at Legacy Park, this villa sleeps 10 with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It’s a perfect location for a family vacation as it’s so close to some of Florida’s famous theme parks, such as Disney World and Sea World. With its generous space and many bedrooms, it’s also the perfect vacation rental for groups of people vacationing together.
The kitchen is modest in size yet provides all the necessary utensils and appliances that any household would need, and much more. These include a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, double wash basin, and coffee maker to name a few. Located right next to the sunny kitchen, there’s the formal dining area that seats 6 people. Additional more informal dining can take place at the kitchen counter where there are 2 bar stools.
The living room is a comfortable area to unwind after a long day with a flat screen TV for entertainment. There’s also a DVD player and a variety of DVDs to choose from. The walls are decorated in hues of purples and creams, and the tasteful artwork that adorns them follows the same color scheme.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. It also has the luxury of having its own en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub and a separate shower. The bed is dressed in beautiful linen and there’s spare linen and towels available in the closet. Bedroom 2 is a modern and cozy room, which has a comfortable double bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms, which are perfect for kids, are twin rooms with 2 single beds. These smaller rooms share a communal bathroom which can be found in the hallway.
The games room is the perfect place for entertainment with a full-size pool table, bars stool, fridge and TV. Laundry facilities are available and your life is made a lot more convenient with the industrial size washing machine and dryer.
The swimming pool is accompanied by a hot tub in an enclosed patio with covering to ensure the guests privacy. The patio has a magnificent view of the gated community and you can easily watch a beautiful sunset unfold. There’s plenty to do and see around the area and you’ll never grow bored of what this home and its fantastic location has to offer.
