This is a fantastic family orientated vacation home surrounded by sweet-smelling orange groves and palm trees. The peaceful location is a huge hit with families as it’s still close enough to all of Florida’s favorite theme parks like Disney World. This leafy home with its vast lawns for kids to play on can sleep up to 8 guests with its 4 modestly sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This villa is perfect if you are looking for something a little smaller than your typical vacation villa. The beauty of staying here is you’ll be able to enjoy the serenity, but at the same time reap all the benefits that the gated community has to offer.
There are 2 reasonably sized master bedrooms; each has an immaculate en-suite bathroom that’s modern and new. The first master bedroom with a king size bed boasts his and hers vanities, a large bath tub, and a separate shower. These master bedrooms have a cozy feel to them with their classic lamp shades and bed side tables. Rooms 2 and 3, each with 2 single beds are definitely geared towards kids as the one is cartoon themed and the other is Lego themed. These two rooms share a bathroom with a basin, shower, toilet and bath that can be found in the hallway.
The kitchen provides enough space with all the essentials needed to cook. An extra breakfast bar is attached to the kitchen with three matching bar stools, making this the perfect spot to read the morning paper and drink a coffee. The Kitchen is connected to the modern and sparsely decorated dining room. The modern dining suite can seat 6 guests at a time. The dining room, which also has an open plan design, is connected to the elegantly lit living room. Here you’ll find comfortable soft sofas that sit in front of a home entertainment system that includes a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
Tables are provided for relaxing and eating outside in the sun or alternatively, you can choose to sit under the covered lanai and get some shade. The swimming pool faces south which will ensure maximum sunny days by the pool. Surrounded by a screen, you’ll have the privacy you need, but at the same time you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful greenery that surrounds you.
This stunning yet modern vacation home comes with a games room to keep everyone entertained with air hockey and foosball tables. You’ll also have a fast WIFI connection throughout every room of the home, so you’ll be able to keep in contact with all the people you need to while away from home.
