The cream tiled floors throughout the home give this place a real Mediterranean feel, and of course help to keep guests cool in the hot summer months. In the wide hallway there’s a small office like area. The comfortable living area with large leather sofas and decorative cushions makes for the perfect place for relaxation. The spacious room has a lot of natural light, which makes it even more attractive to spendtime in. The room is tastefully decorated and a mirror has been carefully positioned on the wall, which creates the sense of a bigger space. Additionally, guests will be able to relax watching TV on the flat screen or watch a DVD. Adjoined to the living room is the dining area where you’ll find a wooden dining suite. Again, the natural light from the full windows creates a wonderful atmosphere. The dining suitecan seat 4 guests.

The white open kitchen is modern and tastefully decorated with pot plants, creating a homely feel. It is fully-equipped and those wanting to cook will enjoy the space they have. The master bedroom has a regal feel to it and guests will enjoy the comfort of a king-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining 2 rooms are twin rooms and are perfect for young children. Each room has its own flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a quick internet access throughout the house, allowing you to keep up with business away from home.

Guests enjoy the pool area, which also has an electric heatable blanket. The pool is a good size to beable to do laps or splash about. The pool area opens up onto a green conservation area, making your experience even more beautiful. There are sun loungers and a patio set provided, allowing you to relaxpoolside all day long if you wish. This home is a popular vacation getaway with all due to its proximity to some of Florida’s more interesting sites and everything that the resort has to offer.

The community of Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate boasting some of our most popular elegant and spacious homes. This private development is situated on the Highway 27 set within the orange groves and rolling hills of Northeast Polk county and just a few miles from the Highway 192.

The desirable location of Hampton Lakes places you just 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and is very close to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club, as well as numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Hampton Lakes is easily reached from Orlando international Airport, which is just 35 minutes away via the main Interstate 4 route which is only 5 minutes from the development and provides you with easy access to explore the rest of Orlando. You may wish to take a drive out to the Gulf Coast and discover the beautiful sandy beaches, or head West to the Atlantic Coast and take in the awesome sights of the Kennedy Space Center.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
