Located in Hampton Lakes, this beautiful and classic looking villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With all its space, this Florida vacation home can easily sleep 10 guests. Shrouded in palm trees and with its big front lawns, this is an ideal place for large family gatherings, reunions, or combined family vacations.

Walk through the tiled entranceway and you’ll reach the spacious kitchen area that’s fitted with all the necessary things to cater to your family’s cooking needs. It has plenty of space to grab a quick bite to eat in the morning with a small table in the centre of the kitchen and a marble breakfast bar that has 3 wooden barstools. Attached to the kitchen, there’s the spacious living room with plush sofas and matching armchairs. It has a real cozy feel to it with separate decorative rugs, flowers, and wall paintings. The formal dining area is impressive with its long rectangular wooden dining table that canseat 8 guests. A chandelier hangs over the table and paintings decorate the wall, which adds atmosphere to the room.

There are 2 master bedrooms, both of which have king-sized beds with wooden frames and all the necessary matching furniture to make your stay a comfortable one. Each master room has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. A TV and DVD player can be found in each master bedroom for guests’ entertainment. The third room has a queen-size bed and has a country cottage feel to it with its floral décor and olive green stained wooden features. The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and have bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, and a large closet.

Guests love the pool area, which is screened to add privacy and safety. The pool has a heatable electric blanket and also an adjoining Jacuzzi. The concrete patio area is spacious and there are a few padded sun loungers to relax on or alternatively, you can get some shade under the umbrella.

The community of Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate boasting some of our most popular elegant and spacious homes. This private development is situated on the Highway 27 set within the orange groves and rolling hills of Northeast Polk county and just a few miles from the Highway 192.

The desirable location of Hampton Lakes places you just 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and is very close to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club, as well as numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Hampton Lakes is easily reached from Orlando international Airport, which is just 35 minutes away via the main Interstate 4 route which is only 5 minutes from the development and provides you with easy access to explore the rest of Orlando. You may wish to take a drive out to the Gulf Coast and discover the beautiful sandy beaches, or head West to the Atlantic Coast and take in the awesome sights of the Kennedy Space Center.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
