Located in one of Orlando’s more prestigious gated communities, Hampton Lakeside, this beautiful luxury one-storey pool home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep 10.

With 2 living areas, there’s a lot of space to relax in. The first living room has a lot of natural light and it has been tastefully decorated with more formal furnishings that include 2 sofas. The second living room has a more homely feel to it, and this too has a lot of light due to its large bay windows. With 3 comfy sofas, a small wooden coffee table, and various side tables, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax here if they want to. If you wish to watch TV, there’s a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a VCR player, all of which are fitted into a large entertainment cabinet which also boasts a range of DVDs to choose from. Guests will be able to dine in style at the wrought iron formal dining suite. There’s a sense of elegance with the regal looking drapes and the overhanging chandelier.

The large white kitchen is spacious and there’s a lot of space to move about. Those who enjoy cooking will love this kitchen which is fully-equipped with everything you need and more. If you want a convenient quick snack, there’s a small round table in the kitchen which can seat 4 people on its cushioned chairs.

The master room is tastefully decorated in creams, browns, and gold and boasts a king-sized bed with all the necessary bedroom furnishings, all in wood. Additionally, guests of the king size room will be able to enjoy a little more privacy with their own en-suite bathroom decked out in cream and brown marble. The second master bedroom has a stunning and very elegant wrought iron queen-sized bed. This too has its own en-suite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms, both of which still have the same country feel to them, are beautifully decorated with one being a double room and the other a twin room – there’s certainly no shortage of space here!

The community of Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate boasting some of our most popular elegant and spacious homes. This private development is situated on the Highway 27 set within the orange groves and rolling hills of Northeast Polk county and just a few miles from the Highway 192.

The desirable location of Hampton Lakes places you just 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and is very close to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club, as well as numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Hampton Lakes is easily reached from Orlando international Airport, which is just 35 minutes away via the main Interstate 4 route which is only 5 minutes from the development and provides you with easy access to explore the rest of Orlando. You may wish to take a drive out to the Gulf Coast and discover the beautiful sandy beaches, or head West to the Atlantic Coast and take in the awesome sights of the Kennedy Space Center.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
