Our villa is situated in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, Florida. Although only a short 15 minute drive to the gates of the Disney theme parks, you will relish the quiet, relaxed area that the villa is located in. With its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for either two families or single families that like to spread out in this large open plan villa.

Your family will love the open plan layout with vaulted ceilings adding to the sense of space. There are two separate living areas, the family room contains a 3 seater, 2 seater, and love-seat (twin) sofas so you can all perhaps enjoy watching a film from our extensive video and dvd library of over 150 films . If you would like to read a book or just relax with a glass of wine, you can retire to the formal living room that contains a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa.

The family room overlooks the west facing pool (great for you sun lovers). Your very own private screened pool area benefits from an extra large extended deck with large 28x14 pool that can be heated when requested. Privacy fencing and hedging. There is ample high quality pool furniture for you to sit and relax and enjoy the Florida sun, on those extra hot days it is a mere press of a button to extend the electrically operated sunshade. There is also a pool side bathroom so you can quickly get back in the pool. An outside pool shower allows you to wash off after your swim. The pool area has the added protection of alarms on all pool doors/windows for your peace of mind with young children.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size (UK super-king - 6’4” wide) master overlooking the pool, with a large walk in closet, and on-suite bathroom. The second master has a queen-size (UK king - 5’ wide) bed and on-suite. The third bedroom has a Hollywood theme, this bedroom contains a full bed (UK Double - 4’6” wide) that shares the third bathroom with the fourth, Disney themed bedroom, which contains a twin (with pillow top mattress) and a full size with a twin over, making it a perfect room for the kids. All bedrooms contain cable TV with either video or DVD players, the Disney room also contains a PS2.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the family room. everything you could possibly want is provided. You can then choose to eat at either the kitchen dining area or for that special home cooked or delivered meal, you can all sit in the formal dining room.

Wireless broadband is available throughout the villa, just bring your laptop.

The recently converted games room has a pool table, table tennis table, electric running machine, and electronic dart board. There is also seating so you can relax and watch the fun. Four tennis racquets and balls are provided. Two sets of Golf Clubs are also provided. Additional sets can be rented from most golf courses

Hampton Lakes provides the villa renter with free use of the floodlit tennis courts, community pool and cabana, plus a beach volleyball court, basketball court, children’s play areas, and landscaped walks around the fabulous lakes with their spectacular fountains. With the location, just a couple of minutes from some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, and easy access to the parks, Villa Cala is the perfect vacation base.

The desirable location of Hampton Lakes places you just 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and is very close to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club, as well as numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Hampton Lakes is easily reached from Orlando international Airport, which is just 35 minutes away via the main Interstate 4 route which is only 5 minutes from the development and provides you with easy access to explore the rest of Orlando. You may wish to take a drive out to the Gulf Coast and discover the beautiful sandy beaches, or head West to the Atlantic Coast and take in the awesome sights of the Kennedy Space Center.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
