The villa is fully equipped, beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has its own screened south facing swimming pool, which overlooks the conservation area to the rear. Our home is in a really peaceful surrounding, yet the buzz of Disney is only 8 miles away.

All Towels and Bed Linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a utility room with washer, and dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is wi-fi, a Nintendo games system, games and a selection of DVD’s are available. The telephone provides free US and Canada calls.

Our villa is situated on the quiet residential development of Hampton Lakes, yet only 20 minutes to Disney World. Just off the US 192 and US 27. At the entrance to the development there are a selection of shops. The beaches on the Atlantic Coast along with Kennedy Space Centre are approximately an hours drive away. Nearby are several good Golf Courses.

The community of Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate boasting some of our most popular elegant and spacious homes. This private development is situated on the Highway 27 set within the orange groves and rolling hills of Northeast Polk county and just a few miles from the Highway 192.

The desirable location of Hampton Lakes places you just 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and is very close to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club, as well as numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area.

Hampton Lakes is easily reached from Orlando international Airport, which is just 35 minutes away via the main Interstate 4 route which is only 5 minutes from the development and provides you with easy access to explore the rest of Orlando. You may wish to take a drive out to the Gulf Coast and discover the beautiful sandy beaches, or head West to the Atlantic Coast and take in the awesome sights of the Kennedy Space Center.

The development of Hampton Lakes itself has excellent facilities including a large communal pool; two floodlit tennis courts; a sand volleyball court and children's playground.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
