Property DescriptionThis 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool villa is the perfect home away from home. With its warm colors and comfortable furnishings, you can't help but feel right at home here. It's located in the gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, which is about 5 miles away from Disney World. If you’re a medium-size family or group wanting to be close to Disney, this is the place for you.
Enter through the front door and you’ll immediately notice the pillars and tiled floors which work together to make this place feel grand. There’s a formal living room on your left and a formal dining area on your right. As you walker deeper into the villa, you’ll enter the informal living room, which has two cushy leather sofas and a large flat screen TV. This is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day at the parks. The living room also has a patio door that leads into the pool area. Cooking enthusiasts will love the fully-equipped kitchen. It has plenty of workspace, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a breakfast nook with seating for 4. You’ll really enjoy cooking in this kitchen. Think you’ll have a laundry day? No problem. This villa comes with a front-loading washer and dryer. The best two things about this villa? The pool and the games room. The games room is in the converted garage and has pool, foosball, air hockey, and a PlayStation 2 games console. With so much fun to be had, you’ll spend hours playing in here. The screened-in pool has a large pool, spa, sun loungers, patio chairs, and a covered lanai.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has full over full bunks beds. The fourth bedroom has two singles beds. To prevent fighting over the living room TV remote, each bedroom has its own TV.
