This beautiful villa, which is pleasing to the eye both inside and out, is located at the vacation resort of Fiesta Key. It is a 2 storey property that has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. If extra sleeping spaces are needed, there’s also the option of utilizing the pull-out sofa bed. The villa is spacious and boasts a magnificent view of the lake from the covered patio, making this vacation rental a winner amongst all.
The kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The appliances include a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and fridge; they are all in excellent condition and they’ll fulfil your cooking needs perfectly. The kitchen counter can be converted into a breakfast nook with two stools provided for your dining comfort.
A separate closet has been provided that has a washer and dryer for the guests laundry needs.
The living area has a beautiful brown “L” shaped sofa that guests can use to unwind in comfort while watching the flat screen TV which includes a DVD player and cable. Beautiful artwork also accompanies this room, adding to the luxurious setting and comfort.
All 4 bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and all come with ample closet space. The bathrooms are all in immaculate condition. All towels, linen and bedding are also provided and can be found in the closet of every bedroom.
Guests can enjoy a magnificent view from the patio of one of Fiesta Keys’ beautiful lakes.

Fiesta Key, Orlando is a resort of attractive, pastel townhouses situated in the heart of Kissimmee, just 9 miles from Disney. The desirable location of Fiesta Key also places you near to other popular attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal, which are both less than a half hour drive away.

Fiesta Key is a gated community with excellent security. The resort boasts some good communal facilities including a clubhouse with its own kitchen and lounge area, fitness centre and games room. The large, communal swimming pool is generously decked out and includes a hot tub for guests to luxuriate in. There is also a children's play area and lighted tennis courts.

Located just off the South Ponciana Boulevard, Fiesta Key is only a short distance away from a varied choice of shops, supermarkets and international fast-food outlets and restaurants located on the nearby Highway 192 and in the surrounding area.
