The home is comfortable and modern. It’s fully-furnished and air-conditioned. Its’ great positioning means that this continues to be a popular rental as it’s only a mere 3 miles from Disney World. As soon as you pull up to the home, you’ll be welcomed by greenery and the symbolic palm.

The townhouse boasts an open plan and it’s tiled throughout the home, helping to keep it cooler in thesummer months. The bright sunny living room in white and cream has 2 comfy sofas, a coffee table, sidetables, and a few extra lamps for decorative purposes. Here you’ll also find a small table where you can enjoy a coffee beside the sliding door. It also has a well-equipped entertainment cabinet with a flat screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is open and the light colors are fresh. It has everything a modern kitchen needs including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. There’s a large L-shaped counter which is ideal for preparing food; it also doubles up as a convenient breakfast bar where there are 2 barstools to sit on. Not only is the kitchen fully equipped, you’ll also have your own laundry room where you’ll find a large washing machine and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The master bedroom is light and the pastel colors are calming. It has a queen sized bed and matching furniture. There’s a lot of storage space with a large closet. Additionally, it also has its own private en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a single vanity. The second master bedroom isexactly the same as the first and has intimate lighting. The third bedroom is naturally light with cream walls and large windows. It boasts 2 single beds with matching furniture.
