Our villa accommodates 8 people, and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Only a short walk to the clubhouse, it is conveniently located and, with no rear neighbours, privacy is optimal.

There are four bedrooms complete with full baths: one king-sized master bedrooms, a queen and a 2 x bedroom with twin beds. . Each bathroom has a flat screen television

The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of large and small appliances: toaster, coffee-maker, slow-cooker, griddle, grill and large and small blenders. The home has a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The villa is also amply stocked with kitchen wares; you will feel right at home.

The spacious living room is a great place to view our movie collection or watch the ??big game??, and readers can relax in the nook area and enjoy reading from our collection of books, playing some board games we have at the villa or listening to music

Other notable amenities include free long distance telephone calling within North America and free high-speed wireless internet. We also supply a strollers, a crib .There is an ample supply of white linens and towels for use within the townhouse as well as coloured towels for the beach, pool or water parks. In-house laundry means you have fewer suitcases to pack!

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
