A very nice and very affordable home located in the number one requested resort of Emerald Island. Just 5 minutes from the closest Disney park!
The home has just been purchased by new owners in March 2011 and they have done a wonderful job of furnishing the home and everything is brand new!
The home is fully air conditioned. Another feature of the home is the free Wi Fi internet access that lets tou keep in touch while you are on vacation.
The living area has a huge new lcd 46 inch flat screen tv complete with blu ray disc player that will also play regular DVDs and the master bedroom also has a large 42 inch flat sceen tv and blu ray/DVD disc player.
The other 2 bedrooms also have their own smaller flat screen tvs.24 and 22 inch
On the ground level of the home there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you will need to prepare snacks or full blown family meals. The living and dining areas are very nicely furnished and the sofa is also a queen size sleeper sofa for those additional guests.
There is also a half bathroom and utility room with full size washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a patio door leading on to a small patio area.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms en suite master bathroom and a family bathroom. The master suite has a king size bed, nightstands, clock, lamps, dresser, built in closet, large screen tv. This bedroom has a small private balcony with a pleasant outlook over trees to the tennis courts, bar b q area and garden below.There is a full master en suite private bathroom consisting of sink, wc and large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, built in closet, tv, dresser night stand and lamp, bedroom 3 has a set of bunks with a twin bed on top and a full on the bottom, built in closet and drawer space, tv.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
