Welcome to this great Disney area family home! The villa is just perfect for those large family vacations and you will leave with many fond memories.
The first room as you enter the home is the first and smaller of the two family sitting rooms. This room has a huge wrap round family sofa and large HDTV and DVD player.
This great Disney home also has a PS2 game console for your entertainment.
Next room is a major feature of the home, the formal dining area with a huge elegant dining table and chairs. Follow through to the large family kitchen which has lots of cupboard space, and a newly installed huge granite center island with seating for family gatherings and casual dining. The kitchen comes complete with all the modern appliances that a good kitchen should have. Waste disposal, ceramic top stove, microwave, toaster, liquidizer, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, flatware, silverware and glassware that you will need to cater for your family meals and refreshments. There is also a selection of plastic ware for those warm Florida Al Fresco meals on the pool deck!
Adjacent to the kitchen is the larger of the two family rooms furnished with comfortable leather sofas, tables, lamps large flat screen HDTV and DVD player which is further complimented with a surround sound system!

Ok, back downstairs and lets take a look outside at your own private South facing pool deck. There is ample patio furniture with tables chairs and sun loungers, a child safety fence (can easily be stowed for adult groups) The large lanai (under cover) area is perfect to enjoy the Florida outdoors. The pool deck area is just perfect for you sun lovers as it has a Southerly aspect and gets the maximum exposure to the sun. Cool off in the sparkling pool and just sit in the bubbling spa and ease all those worries away!
