This gorgeous 6 bedroom villa is located in the wonderful Emerald Island Resort. With the main bedroom featuring a king size bedroom with TV, and ensuite with tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and ensquite bathroom as well. However, this ensuite features a toilet and shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom also features an additonal queen size bed. In the fifth bedroom there are two twin size beds. Finally in the sixth bedroom there is are two twin beds as well. This property sleeps 12 and has 3 full bathrooms and a half bath. Every bedroom has a TV and cable as well.

There is a childrens play room on the 2nd floor with TV and computer that has free Wifi and cable TV as well.

In the living room there is a large couch with a large flat screen TV as well. The property also has a washer and dryer.

In the garage there is a games room with a pool table and air hockey table with baby high chair(s). In the kitchen there is a refrigrator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. Additionally all plates and eating utensils are provided for, so are all linens and towels.

In the back there is a pool with spa that is fully enclosed by mosquito net and there is also a baby guard around the pool as well.

The Emerald Island Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying with us free of charge. The Club house provides a tiki bar, sauna/steam room, fitness room, Game room and more. Emerald Island is perfectly located at Disney’s doorstep and within a short distance to some of the best shops and restaurants

Emerald Island Resort is ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops and within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios and Wet n Wild. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 20 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.

If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year. Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you. The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
