Small family or group of friends looking for somewhere to stay? Check out this villa. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people.
The ceilings are vaulted and the floors in the communal areas are tiled. This makes the rooms feel big and open. The living room is large and has a comfortable sectional with huge city-scape artwork hanging just above the it. There is also a large flat screen TV and a patio door which lets the light flood the room and leads to the pool area. This room is perfect for lounging around and watching some TV before you head out for a long day at the park. It’s even better to lounge around in after a long day at the parks. The kitchen is large and comes fully-equipped. It’s perfect for whipping up a meal if you’d prefer to eat in rather than go out to eat. It has plenty of countertop space and a breakfast nook with seating for up to four. Need a little more seating? Try the formal dining area. It has seating for up to six.
There are three bedrooms in this villa. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, which is great if there’s for another couple that’s staying with you. Have kids? Bedroom three will be perfect for them! It has two single-over-single bunkbeds (4 total single beds). Need a laundry room? No problem. This villa comes with a full washer and dryer.
The two best parts about this villa? The private pool and the games room. The lagoon-shaped pool is big! It’ll be no problem having everyone in the pool at once. If you want to catch some sun, lay down on one of the loungers. If you want to step out the sun for a bit, take a seat around the table under the covered lanai. Want some indoor entertainment? Head for the games room in the garage. Here, you’ll find a foosball table and air hockey table.

Community Details

Silver Creek is situated off Highway 27, over a mile away from the vibrant main road and is approached thru the quiet residential area of Clear Creek. You will find Silver Creek a quiet area surrounded by natural and man-made lakes, perfect for the keen fisherman. The area has been pleasantly landscaped which is starting to mature and gives a pleasant and peaceful area to wander around in the evening and watch the sunset, or even in the early morning when you see the hot air balloons overhead. During your wanderings you may be lucky enough to observe the family of sandhill cranes, beautiful wild exotic birds, the turtles and even an odd alligator or two.
Silver Creek is only a short distance from the nearest shops and restaurants. Highway 27 is developing at such a rate that new shops and restaurants are opening every month giving a wide choice of eateries. You are also very close to US Highway 192 which boasts many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses and great restaurants that are too numerous to mention!
Silver Creek is only 12-15 minutes from Walt Disney World, the other main parks being a little further away. For those who wish to get away to the Coast don’t fret, both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are within 1½ hours away. To the east you will find the Atlantic Coast where you may even see a space launch from Kennedy Space Center. You can even enjoy the long sandy beaches that seem to stretch forever. To the west is the Gulf Coast where you will find the delights of St. Petersburg and Clearwater, not forgetting the excitement of Busch Gardens. All in all, whatever you want from your holiday, it will be close to Silver Creek!
