The kitchen of this villa comes with all the necessary equipment and includes a spacious granite counter top with chairs, which can be used as a table or to make food. The kitchen flows into a small dining room that gets beautiful morning sunlight, making it a great place to get a bite to eat when you’re in a hurry. The soft carpeted family room with a flat screen TV and sofas provide a great environment where you can relax. The living room has a few luxurious and soft sofas with an array of indoor plants that create a calming atmosphere. The open plan living room opens up into the dining room which is fitted with an elegant wooden dining room table and 6 comfy dining room chairs.
The first master bedroom with its king sized bed includes an impressive walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom that has a vanity with lights, a basin, a deep bathtub, and a separate shower for convenience. The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed along with a full and modern en-suite bathroom that includes a bath, a separate shower and a single vanity. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds. It is obvious that a lot of thought and effort has been put into the beautiful decor of these two rooms, and they would be ideal for any younger guests staying at the home. There is also games room included in this villa, and it’s equipped with a professional full-size pool table, a ping pong table, a darts board, and various others types of games that could keep you entertained for hours on end.
