A deposit/damage waiver is compulsory with this supplier. A cost of £40.00 has been added to the booking total. By including this waiver you are not required to provide a security deposit on arrival and you are covered for any accidental damages to the property up to a value of $1,500 (exclusions apply).

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
