Although located on the second floor, there is an elevator in the building for easy access. Any cook will love the kitchen. It has black appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and it comes fully equipped. This is the ideal kitchen for those times you’d rather stay in and cook rather than eat out. The dining room area has a large rectangular table surrounded by 6 chairs. The living room is comfortable. It has a reclining sofa, two arm chairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. This is the perfect place to sit back and watch some TV after a long day out at the parks. There is also a patio door which leads to the north-facing private balcony. It has views of the conservation pond in front of it. It's the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or tea. There is a full-size washer and dryer in this unit.
There are three bedrooms. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV.
