Let’s start at the kitchen. It’s large, has stainless steel appliances, and has granite countertops. It comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up a home-cooked meal. The dining area is snazzy with its stylish table and 6 chairs, blue curtains, and flat screen TV for some entertainment during your meal. The living room is large and has vaulted ceilings. It has two large sofas, two blue armchairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. There is also a patio door that lets light flood into the room and leads to the pool area. The living room is the perfect place to come back to after a long day out at the park. You’ll love relaxing in here.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom. It has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has single over single bunkbeds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. The king and queen beds are great for couples, and the single beds are ideal for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms come with their own TVs.
There is plenty of entertainment for everyone here. This includes a PlayStation 2 and Wii video game console, free Wi-Fi, and even some books and board games. The garage has been converted to a games room, which includes a pool table, card table, flat screen TV, and an arcade-style game table that includes 48 different arcade games. You will never hear anyone complain they are bored or that they have nothing to do! Just when you thought this home couldn't get any better, you can even enjoy your own private pool and hot tub. Facing south-east, the pool area gets the perfect amount of sun. And for those super-hot summer months, you can enjoy the shade from the covered lanai to escape the sun and heat. There is even a TV & DVD player mounted on the wall in the lanai!

Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated rental vacation communities in Central Florida.
