The living room has large windows, giving the room a lot of natural light. It boasts a comfy 2-seat couch, an armoir, a wooden coffee table, and it’s adorned with a few attractive paintings, elegant light fittings, and plants. It also has a 26” flat screen TV, which is connected to a DVD player and entertainment system for your enjoyment. The living room opens up onto the naturally bright formal dining area that has a beautifully carved wooden table that seats 4 people. The new kitchen with wooden décor and marble tops is beautiful and is fully-equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. With a number of gadgets to make your life easier, you’ll feel right at home. An L-shaped breakfast bar encloses the otherwise open kitchen and you’ve got the option of sitting on 1 of the 2 soft cushioned barstools for a quick snack in the morning.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a grand wooden headboard. It has dressers, side tables, and a large mirrored sliding closet that gives the illusion of even more space. It boasts a beautiful marble en-suite bathroom where you can relax in the tub or have a shower in the separate walk-in cubicle. Thesecond master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and matching furniture. This room also has its own private bathroom. The third bedroom, which is ideal for children, has 2 twin beds and shares a communal bathroom that can be found on the hallway. Each room has its own ceiling fan to ensure that guests remain comfortable during the hot Florida months. For your convenience, you can do your own laundry in the condo’s washing machine and dryer.

A lovely feature of this home is its paved patio area where there are 2 patio chairs and a small side table where you can enjoy some peace and quiet or have a quiet drink with a friend.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
