Terra Verde Resort is an upmarket, gated community with superb communal facilities located just 10 minutes from Disney in the popular area of Kissimmee.

Terra Verde Resort is set within atrractive grounds and centered around three acres of a beautiful lake, which is a magnet for local wildlife and a popular choice for those who fancy a spot of fishing. This award-winning resort features its own clubhouse overlooking a large pool surrounded by a sun deck, which is furnished with comfortable loungers, hot tub, sauna and serviced by a snack bar to keep you replenished with cool drinks. Inside the clubhouse you can relax in the lounge area while the children play on the arcade games or billiard and hockey tables. There is also a business centre with computers and Wi-Fi. Across the hall is the fitness suite with all the latest equipment.

Terra Verde also has a variety of outdoor fitness amenities including a basketball court and beach volleyball. A play area is available for smaller children which features swings, slides and a climbing rock.

Property Information

Each of our beautiful villas at Terra Verde are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All homes have at least one master bedroom with ensuite; fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge and dining area, cable TV and telephone.

All of our villas feature a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Optional extras such as car hire are available and can be found on your booking summary page.

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
