Sunset Lakes, Orlando, is a quiet, gated community located just 4 miles from Disney. Set within a beautiful conservation area and surrounded by two natural lakes, Sunset Lakes provides the perfect retreat from the hustle bustle of the theme parks, yet is close enough to see the spectacular Disney fireworks!

As well as your very own private pool, Sunset Lakes has the added benefit of a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy. A children's play area (or 'tot lot') will also prove popular with small children. One of the best features of this community however, is the large lake. As its name would suggest, guests can sit and enjoy the sunset overlooking the lake whilst relaxing in the cabana on the dock, or marvel at the spectacular Disney fireworks. Both lakes are well-stocked with fish if you fancy trying your hand at fishing. The beautiful, natural conservation area of Sunset Lakes is also host to a number of other wildlife, including racoons, possums, armadillos and cranes. The iconic Americain Bald Eagle has also been spotted here in the treetops.
The surrounding area of Sunset Lakes is well served by restaurants and only a two minute drive from Formosa Gardens, with its plentitude of shops and restaurants to choose from.
