The double height ceiling in the entrance way allows natural light to brighten the entire house. The hallway leads into the open plan living area which includes a formal dining area, spacious family seating area with comfortable sectional seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV all overlooking the outdoor living area. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast counter for casual dining. Off the hallway is a guest powder room, fully equipped laundry room and the first bedroom, a king-size master suite with it's bathroom having granite vanities and a walk in shower.
