This perfect family home is located on Homestead, the most central point of the Reunion Resort and Spa. It allows easy walking access to the Grand Hotel, Club House and several of the resort's communal swimming pools. The owners have created a perfect family environment in which children will find amusement whilst parents also have the benefit of relaxing in other areas of the home. The bonus room has been equipped with a selection of toys to amuse the children. The most recent addition to this home is the games room which will provide hours of fun the the whole family.

As you enter the house, to the front of the property on the ground floor are the formal dining and lounge area with a large flat screen TV where Dad's can take in the game, or children can watch the TV. The main family living area is large and spacious with an open ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen with an informal dining area that also provide child friendly accessories. The seating area has large over sized sectional sofas and a large flat screen TV, and patio doors allowing access and onto the pool and deck area. The king-size master suite is off the living area with it's large ensuite bathroom including a large corner tub, walk in shower, and twin vanities. This bedroom also has access onto the pool deck. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped laundry room and guest powder room.

Upstairs offers three further bedrooms. One king-size, a queen-size, and the third containing two full size beds and a family bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and all the bedrooms include flat screen TV's. A large section of the first floor has been designed and decorated with children as the priority and offers a large play area complete with two day beds with two additional trundle beds, children's furniture, games, toys, books, and a large flat screen TV incorporating a Wii games console. This area has a gallery wall overlooking the downstairs family area.

A brand new games room has been recently added which offers a pool table, dart board and corn hole which will provide hours of entertainment for the whole family. The outside pool deck is screened and includes a covered area for dining overlooking the heated pool and spa which is surrounded by a child safety fence.
