A small, gated community, Magic Landings is set around a lake within a beautiful conservation area in a quiet and tranquil location, yet still close to a plentiful choice of shops and restaurants on the nearby Highway 192.

Although a little further out, Magic Landings is still only 25 minutes from Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Orlando, whilst other attractions such as the Flamingo Water Park, are just a few minutes away. A wide choice of shops, fast-food outlets and international restaurants on the Highway 192 are within walking distance from the development.

Property Information

Choose from either a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom four star villa in the peaceful development of Magic Landings. All our executive homes are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All villas have at least one master bedroom with ensuite; fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge and dining area, cable TV and telephone.

All of our villas feature a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Optional extras such as car hire are available and can be found on your booking summary page.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
