Located in the heart of Kissimmee, close to the Interstate 4, Festival Resort is just 5 miles from Disney and close to all the other major attractions in Orlando. 

Festival Resort has some fantastic facilities for guests to enjoy. These include a heated swimming pool with private cabanas, kids waterpark, putt-putt golf course, volleyball courts, arcade games and large fitness centre. For those wishing to spend the day closer to home or dine at the resort, there is an on-site bar and grill, convenience store and even an ice-cream parlour. 

For golfing fans, Festival Resort is a stone's throw from the revered ChampionsGate Golf Resort, with many other championship golf courses in the nearby area.
