This picturesque development comprises stunning homes with an Italian inspired architecture, many offering tranquil views of the surrounding conservation woodland and lakes.

Calabria benefits from its own restaurant, meaning you need not stray too far from the development's peaceful surroundings to enjoy a sumptuous meal. Its perfect location however means that you are only a stone's throw away from a variety of good quality restaurants in the neighbouring area and for those wishing to self-cater, three large supermarkets are all less than a 5 minute drive away.

Calabria is an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and it's close proximity to major roads gives you the opportunity to explore all the exhilerating sights of Disney and other nearby attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal Studios.

Property Information

All of our villas in Calabria are air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Each oversized home at Calabria benefits from beautiful Italian themed architecture and first-class fixtures and fittings. All homes include a flat screen T.V. in the lounge.

All homes at Calabria feature a private, screened swimming pool which can be heated in the Winter months. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck, furnished with loungers and table and chairs for al fresco style dining. All of the homes in Calabria back onto conservation areas or lakes giving you extra privacy and the community itself is surrounded by natural wetlands, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day at the theme parks.

All homes have a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge and dining area; cable TV and telephone. There is a queen or double bed in the master bedroom; another double bedroom and twin rooms. A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
