Vista Park is a quiet and secluded holiday retreat located just off the Highway 27 in the popular region of Davenport. Its ideal location places you less than 15 minutes from the magical world of Disney and close to other popular theme parks, such as SeaWorld, Universal and Wet 'N Wild, which are all within a half hour drive away.

For sporting fans, Vista Park is just minutes away from the Northeast Regional Park, where you can play tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball and bowling and indulge in a variety of water sports. If you are into fishing, be sure to visit the beautiful Old Lake Davenport, which is a mere 5 minutes away.

Orlando is a golfers' paradise and Vista Park is situated just 10 minutes away from the revered Highlands Reserve Golf Club, with your choice of more than 20 other championship golf courses in the nearby vicinity.

The location of Vista Park near to the Highway 27 means you are close to a vast array of international restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. The famous Applebee's is just a 20 minute walk away, or you have a choice of pizza or Japanese restaurants all just 1-2 miles from the resort. Shops and supermarkets are also situated nearby, including both a Walmart and Publix just a few minutes away.

Vista Park's close proximity to the Highway 192 and Interstate 4 means that Florida is your oyster and you are only an hour from the beautiful beaches on the west and east coasts.

Property Information

Each of our beautiful villas at Vista Park are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Our 4, 5 or 6 bedroom detached homes have at least two master bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom; family bathroom and a TV in each of the bedrooms. With the use of sofa beds, our villas at Vista Park can sleep up to 14 people.

Our properties feature a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious lounges include a large, flat screen TV, cable, DVD player, telephone, free WiFi and games consoles in many of our properties. All homes feature a separate, formal dining area. Games rooms are available in some of our homes and if requested, will be confirmed within 48 hours of your booking.

All of our villas at Vista Park feature a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the glorious Florida weather. Optional extras such as barbecues and car hire are available and can be found on your booking summary page.

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
