Tuscana Resort is located in the Davenport region of Orlando, 11 miles from Disney and just a few minutes away from the ChampionsGate golf course.

Tuscana Resort offers deluxe, Mediterranean-style apartments set in beautiful grounds, with cascading fountains and lush, tropical landscaping. The resort boasts excellent communal facilities including a large clubhouse, which is available during the day and evening and which features its own movie theatre, enabling you to keep the children entertained while you relax with a drink. A state-of-the-art gym and games room are also available. The large, beach-style swimming pool is generously decked out with loungers and cabanas and features a children's pool and water fountain and WiFi access in the pool area. As well as a hot tub, Tuscana Resort offers you a range of spa services, meaning you can have a relaxing massage while you soak up the sun by the pool. Our fully-stocked poolside bar is available throughout the day for cool drinks and snacks and even features a flatscreen television so you can keep up with the latest news and sports.

Tuscana Resort is conveniently situated just off the Interstate 4 in the popular region of Davenport. This ideal location gives you easy access to explore all the attractions of Orlando or further afield. Disney World is less than 15 minute drive away and a free theme park shuttle service is available from the resort. For golfing fans, Tuscana Resort is just a few minutes away from ChampionsGate Golf Club, as well as being near to numerous other golf courses in the neighbouring area. Or, if you prefer to shop, the shopping plaza at ChampionsGate will keep you busy for hours with its range of boutique shops and eateries.

Property Information

Our luxury apartments at Tuscana Resort are beautifully constructed in a Mediterranean style. These spacious, open-planned apartments are fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the modern day conveniences. All homes feature a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer; microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The lounges are spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The apartments also feature a separate dining area, cable TV and telephone. Each of our 2-3 bedroom apartments at Tuscana feature at least one Queen-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom. With the use of a sofa-bed, Tuscana Resort can accommodate up to 8 people in one property.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under additional optional booking items on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
