Solana Resort Villas - Development Information

Solana Resort, Orlando is a gated community situated in the popular Davenport area. Its perfect location off the bustling Highway 27 places you close to an excellent choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The delights of Disney are just 15 minutes away, whilst other major theme parks and attractions in Orlando such as SeaWorld and Universal are easily reached within a half hour drive. The nearby Highway 192 and Interstate 4 give you easy access to explore the rest of Florida, including the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast or the awe-inspiring Kennedy Space Center just over an hour away.

Solana Resort boasts fantastic facilities. Perhaps its best feature is the large clubhouse overlooking the expansive, communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by a generously furnished sun-deck and overlooked by palms trees. Cabanas are available offering you that bit of extra shade, or you can cool off with a drink available from the poolside bar whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Next to the pool is a picnic and barbecue area, meaning you needn't stray too far from your sunbathing for vital refreshment and replenishment.

If you are feeling more active, Solana Resort has its own fitness centre with the latest gym equipment, sand volleyball courts and a recreation field if you fancy a spot of football (or soccer!). Arcade games and a children's playground are also available, complete with climbing ribbon for the older children. One of the key attractions of Solana Resort though is the 18-hole mini golf course, which provides the ideal opportunity to get some practice in should you wish to take advantage of one of the numerous championship golf courses situated in the neighbouring areas. Computers and free Wifi are available in the clubhouse, and an onsite shop is there for your convenience keeping you well stocked of important sundries and souvenirs. Solana Resort also has its own concierge service, offering you top tips on where to go in Orlando and how to plan the holiday of a lifetime.

Property Information

All of our luxury villas at Solana Resort are air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob; washing machine and tumble dryer; microwave and dishwasher. Our villas comprise at least one master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms can sleep an extra 2 people in twin beds, double beds or bunks beds, with the use of an extra bathroom. The spacious lounge areas offer comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for all the family to enjoy.

All our properties in Solana Resort come with their own private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Hot tubs and games room are available in some of our villas upon request and will be confirmed within 48 hours of making your booking. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
