This Lindfields villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It provides open and spacious living as well as amazing amenities that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The living room is a spacious area that boasts two plush sofas with throw designer cushions, a wooden coffee table and a TV that’s also connected to cable. Indoor plants decorate this room and give it a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. A second living room has been provided with modern sofas and a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There’s plenty of space for all guests to relax and there are a few TVs in the home, meaning you won’t have to fight over which channel you’re going to watch.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities one would need in a kitchen. These include a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. A small breakfast nook has been placed right next to the kitchen for the sake of convenience and this sunny area creates the perfect setting to have breakfast or a morning coffee.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower, toilet and two basins. Bedroom 2 has a double bed while bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is in fantastic condition. All rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and come with linen, bedding and towels that can be found in the rooms’ closets.
A covered patio has been provided that includes two loungers, a round table and 4 chairs. This makes for a great place to relax next to the private pool. Your private pool surrounded by green and a privacy screen will provide you with hours of entertainment. The covered lanai is spacious and is big enough for you to enjoy an evening meal al fresco style.
