Highlands Reserve, Orlando

Highlands Reserve offers luxurious holiday villas in a peaceful setting on one of Floridas’ top golf courses. This well-established villa development is one of our most popular holiday communities due to the high standard of accommodation, as well as its desirable location.

Situated in the popular Davenport area, Highlands Reserve is on the Highway 27 and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. A Publix supermarket is located just around the corner and the nearby Highway 192 provides easy access to the rest of Orlando. Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away and other popular Orlando attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal are also relatively close by. 

The development itself is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with attractive gardens, many of which overlook the site's 18-hole PGA championship golf course. Highlands Reserve also benefits from having its own tennis courts and a play area for children. 

Property Information

All our villas at Highlands Reserve are fully air-conditioned and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Each villa boasts 1600 to 3200 square feet of luxurious living space and feature at least one ensuite bathroom; fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; lounge area with sleeper sofa; cable TV and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is also available in some of our executive homes. 

All homes feature a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Hot tubs and barbecues are available upon request and confirmed within 48 hours of your booking. Other optional extras such as car hire are also available and can be found on your booking summary page.

As this development is built within one of Orlando’s largest golf courses, a variety of our Highlands Reserve villas feature spectacular views of the fairways and local conservation areas.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under additional 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
