This outstanding property is set within the beautiful gated community resort of Champions Gate Resort, Florida. Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at THE OASIS CLUB to give residents and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness centre. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.

Ground Floor
The Master King Suite 1 complete with flat screen tv , walk-in closets, toilet, shower, bath tub, double vanity bathroom with tiled floor, granite tops and door to pool area.
The Queen Suite 2 with a flat screen , linen cupboard, toilet, a large shower, double vanity unit and sink, tiled floor and granite tops.
The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with all major appliances set in stainless steel such as the double (side by side) refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic glass top range (cooker). All work tops are high quality granite. There’s also a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything else you’ll ever need in terms of cutting board, knife block, pots & pans, electric can opener, oven mitts, crockery, glasses, cups, plates, utensils and silverware, even plastic ‘glasses’ for outdoor use.
The Formal Dining area boasts a beautiful dining table and chairs which seats 14.
The Family Room is vast, with soft seating, side tables & lamps, beautiful wall decorations and a wall mounted 65” flat screen HDTV. Three huge glass patio windows offer an unparalleled view of the outdoor swimming pool.
The Covered Lanai which is very spacious and hosts an eight seater rattan style table and chairs for outdoor seating as well a lounge set complete with a sofa, coffee table, chairs and four comfortable sun loungers, that sit beside the Swimming Pool.
The pool itself is 24’ x 16’ and faces south. The spa set in the ground directly beside the swimming pool. For safety, there’s a Child Barrier Protection Fence which is situated between the pool and the covered lanai, just in case; it’s a light frame with transparent mesh screens so don’t think it’s going to block out the light or spoil your view, it doesn’t.
The Games Room incorporates a full size slate bed pool table, an air hockey table .
Upstairs (2nd Floor)
Loft Area or 2nd living area provides a sofa, corner table and lamp, a wall mounted 50” flat screen HDTV. A Playstation4 console with games is provided.
The Laundry Closet has both washing machine and separate dryer, plus an ironing board, an iron, a few laundry baskets.

For your peace of mind, we recommend, you purchase a Property Protection Plan (a non-refundable accidental damage waiver) on arrival in Orlando which covers for any accidental damage. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme.
