Located in the Clermont region off the Highway 27 North, the award-winning development of Orange Tree is situated two miles from the Highway 192 and just 10 minutes from the exhilerating sights of Disney. Many other Orlando attractions are also a short drive away, such as Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure, which can be reached within 25 minutes. The prime location of Orange Tree Villas places you near to a variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets and the Interstate 4 is easily accessible for further trips afield.

For golfers, Orange Tree is a stone's throw away from Orange Tree Golf Club, whilst the development itself has many facilities for you to use during your stay including a tennis court, basketball and football court, two children's playgrounds and a 5 acre field. There is also a beautiful conservation area to walk around as well as a lake to fish in. Guests may pick and enjoy the oranges from the abundance of trees surrounding this attractive development giving you a real taste of Florida at its freshest and finest.

Property Information

All of our luxury villas at Orange Tree are air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob; washing machine and tumble dryer; microwave and dishwasher. Our villas comprise at least one master bedroom with a king or queen size bed and an en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms can sleep an extra 2 people in twin beds, double beds or bunks beds, with the use of an extra bathroom. The spacious lounge areas offer comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for all the family to enjoy.

All our properties in Orange Tree come with their own private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Some villas are available with views of the lake. Hot tubs and games room are available in some of our villas upon request and will be confirmed within 48 hours of making your booking. Additional Information

For your peace of mind we recommend you purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage. Full details of this are shown under 'optional extras' on the booking summary page.

A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
